Spring/Summer Covid Booster

We will be holding a Covid Booster Clinic on the morning of Friday June 14th.

This booster is available free of charge to all patients of Tubbercurry Family Practice over the age of 80.

How can I register for a covid booster

Option 1: Ring the practice on 0719185373 - We are always answering the phones.

Option 2: You can request a booster appointment at reception when you are in the practice

Option 3: You can fill out the short form below and we will ring you back. You may fill out the form for a family member or if you are a carer, we will make sure we have the consent of the patient, before administering the booster.
